Domestic Within the European Union

Our e-shop operates efficiently from our warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic, ensuring prompt delivery to all European countries. We provide standard logistic services with tracked delivery options from reputable carriers such as DPD, UPS, DHL, Czech Post EMS, GLS, FedEx, or Zasilkovna.

The typical shipping duration ranges from 1 to 7 days, depending on your specific location and the service you choose. For orders exceeding 50 EUR within the Czech Republic, we extend complimentary shipping. Similarly, orders totaling more than 150 EUR for delivery to other European countries also qualify for free shipping. To enhance your shopping experience, every order includes free samples or gifts.

International Orders

Please note that for international orders of our CBD full-spectrum extract, it should be permissible in the destination delivery country with a THC content of less than 0.2%. While we can ship our product to nearly anywhere in the world, if the products are confiscated by the customer's local authorities in the destination country, we cannot be held responsible. It's essential that you check your local laws and regulations before placing an order for our CBD full-spectrum extract.

Regarding cosmetics, we can ship them internationally under the condition that the liquid (such as Hemp Body Oil) does not exceed 100 ml, in accordance with international rules for shipping liquids.

For our hemp food products, we recommend consulting your local laws and customs regulations to ensure there won't be any issues, such as the need for phytosanitary certificates.

Please be aware that the typical timeframe for delivery of these products is 7-14 days.
